How BiggWheels Verifies Every Used Truck Before Delivery

Every used truck sold through BiggWheels goes through a three-part verification process before it's listed: RTO ownership confirmation, bank NOC verification, and a full mechanical inspection. If any vehicle fails a check, it doesn't go on the platform. This page explains exactly what each step covers, so you know what "verified" actually means before you buy.

Why verification matters more than price

The biggest risk in buying a used commercial vehicle isn't overpaying. It's discovering after the purchase that the registration, loan status, or ownership isn't clean. A vehicle bought for a good price with a pending loan or unclear ownership can cost far more in legal and financial trouble than the money saved upfront.

The three checks every vehicle goes through

  1. RTO ownership verification: We confirm the registered owner's name directly against RTO records before listing any vehicle. This rules out cases where a seller isn't the legal owner or where ownership transfer was never completed.
  2. Bank NOC and loan clearance: If a vehicle was financed, we verify the original No Objection Certificate from the bank confirming the loan is fully paid off. A vehicle with a pending loan cannot be legally resold, and we don't list vehicles where this isn't confirmed in writing.
  3. Mechanical and physical inspection: Every vehicle is inspected for engine condition, chassis integrity, tyre condition, and odometer accuracy before listing. Condition details are recorded and shared honestly, including wear and existing issues, rather than presented as flawless.

What this means for you as a buyer

You can request to see the RTO verification, the bank NOC, and the inspection report for any vehicle before you commit to a purchase. You're also welcome to bring your own mechanic to inspect the vehicle independently before finalizing. We don't discourage this, because a buyer who checks and trusts the result is a better outcome for everyone than a rushed sale.

What happens if something doesn't check out

If any of the three checks reveal a problem (unclear ownership, a pending loan, or a mechanical issue we can't verify), the vehicle is not listed. This is why our stock is smaller than some competitors': we're not listing everything available, only what passes verification.
